Whether you need guidance on moving to the next level, have lost motivation or need help starting a running programme, JACK CAN BE THE CATALYST. He coaches runners of all abilities, from the beginner to the seasoned racer... Whatever standard of running you have reached, he will develop with you a personal coaching programme that is guaranteed to TRANSFORM your performance.
THE RUNNING COACHING PROCESS
1. You submit the Personal Details Questionnaire.
2. Jack will e-mail you his 10 Secrets To Beating Your PB article.
3. Jack will also e-mail you Notes on how to use the Training Diary, which you can download.
4. You will be asked to complete a Food & Drink Diary for one week, after which he will make suggestions and comments on your diet.
5. He will arrange a suitable time for a 'phone conversation to talk about your background, your present level of training, what your 3-month and 6- month objectives are, as well as answering any questions you have.
6. He will provide you with an initial running programme. It is how you adapt to this template that will shape future schedules that eventually become tailored to your level of ability at the time and the demands of the running and other training recommended to achieve your targets/goals.
7. Weekly exchange of comments and recommendations after he's read your Training Diary.
8. Possibility of joining his group.
9. Training Camps twice a year, where your running will be exposed to new challenges, whilst good habits will be grooved. |
