  • Exchange of questions, comments and recommendations, based on the Training Diary sent in weekly by e-mail.

B - Enhanced Package
 
All of the above features PLUS all of this .....
  • All components of the Basic Package.
  • PLUS regular telephone conversations.
  • PLUS joining in occasional training sessions.
  • Undergo a Bio-mechanical Analysis to check musculo-skeletal imbalances and alignment.  The intention is for a qualified podiatrist or chiropodist to diagnose any potential problems you have before serious training gets undermined and then for us to apply remedial measures or exercises.

On the last weekend of each month (or more frequently if near enough to Trent Park), join in with:

  • Friday night Resistance Training at a North London gym (winter) or Circuit Training (summer) outside on grass (see article on Free Downloads).
  • Saturday morning Trent Park RC Open Handicap (5k) or session, followed by refreshments and discussion in the Clubhouse.
  • Sunday morning Long Run (or Track on alternating weeks in the summer) with Jack and his coaching group.
  • £48 per month
