Do you want to take your running to the next level?
Whether you’re training for a big race, stuck in a rut or just want to beat your personal best, we can help.
Our fully-qualified running coaches have worked with runners at all stages, from Couch to 5K to Ultra Marathon athletes.
At the start...
We start by arranging a Zoom call and talking to you to understand your goals, your current running abilities and your lifestyle. We’ll then break down what you want to get out of the programme and create a S.M.A.R.T goal to achieve it. (S.M.A.R.T stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound).
After going through this process, you’ll have a fully personalised 8-week training programme, designed to deliver results in a way that perfectly fits your lifestyle and preferences.
You will also be given access to a library of videos that demonstrate effective running form, warm-up techniques, cool-downs/stretches, and strength and conditioning training. In addition, we have partnered with a leading nutritionist to offer personalised nutrition advice and meal plans to work alongside the training programme.
As part of the programme, you’ll also be able to download an app so we can send over your training programme on a weekly basis.
If you have a compatible running watch, you can send us your running data directly from your device, which will give us a wealth of information to analyse and help us track your performance as you progress through the programme.
We also recommend you send us a video of you running, so we can offer further advice on form, along with some suggested exercises to improve your running gait and/or posture.
Once the training programme has started, we will arrange a weekly Zoom call to check in on your progress, and make any necessary tweaks and changes to your plan for the following weeks.
Of course, you’re also encouraged to ask questions, and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re on track to achieve your goals.
Our personalised coaching programme costs just £10 per week.
This covers all our Zoom meetings, emails, and access to our video library and other resources.
The minimum programme length is 8 weeks.
Most frequent questions and answers
8 weeks gives us enough time to deliver measurable changes and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals. We hope that runners will stay with us after the 8 weeks, but this is the minimum period for the coaching to be effective.
We’ll agree on your running goals and programme based on your desired outcomes and lifestyle. We recommend a minimum of 2 running sessions per week, and most plans will work best with 3 running sessions per week.
